We developed and migrated a core business application, leveraging agile methodologies to iterate rapidly and align the product with user needs. Collaborating closely with the client, we refined product features to ensure scalability and user-centric functionality. To enhance the user experience, we hired an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) specialist, integrating rigorous testing processes—including functional, regression, and usability testing—to deliver a bug-free product. The QA specialist also documented comprehensive test cases for future updates. Additionally, our design team created visually appealing, brand-aligned social media assets to drive awareness.
We successfully launched the back-office application and client portal product within the agreed timeline and budget, delivering a robust and user-friendly solution with minimal issues post-launch, thanks to a strong QA process. Additionally, we achieved a 60% increase in awareness among existing customers.
